Welcome to Global IMG Accelerator. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, Learning Management System (LMS) curriculum, community discussion boards, and coaching services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account or purchasing any membership tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

1. Account Access & Security

To access the Services, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

2. Service Scope & Membership Tiers

We offer tiered access plans (Tier 1 Curriculum, Tier 2 Community, and Tier 3 VIP Coaching) as described on our pricing tables. All premium memberships grant exactly 6 months of active access and support desk assistance. Upon expiration, access will terminate unless upgraded or renewed.

3. Code of Conduct & Community Standards

Our community forums are designed to encourage collaboration and matching strategies. You agree to use the forums and interactive features in a professional, respectful, and constructive manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, or discrimination against other members or staff.
• Sharing or distributing proprietary curriculum materials, video lessons, or booking configurations outside the platform.
• Spamming, advertising, or soliciting other users for unauthorized commercial services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, curriculum modules, video materials, logo elements, text, graphics, and software included in the Services are the property of Global IMG and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content solely for your individual residency match preparation.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we maintain a high success match rate, Global IMG does not guarantee a match into any US residency program. Match outcomes depend on individual qualifications, interview performance, and program decisions. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
